Why did you book Coats to get married?
We were completely blown away the first time we saw Coats, Paisley. The moment we stepped inside the old church, we knew it was the perfect place to get married. Having everything in one venue was ideal for our winter wedding — and the setting was absolutely stunning.
How did it feel walking into the venue on your wedding day compared to when you had your show round?
Walking into Coats on our wedding day was unforgettable. All the planning, choosing, and imagining finally came together in the most beautiful way. We’re so grateful to the Coats team and our amazing suppliers for going above and beyond to create our perfect Winter Wedding.
How supported did you feel throughout the planning process?
The planning process at Coats was absolutely spot on. From regular check-ins with the team to working with brilliant suppliers like First Class Catering, Jappacakes and Arkleston Piping, everything came together so smoothly. What could have been stressful ended up feeling easy. We always felt we were in the best hands.
How did guests respond to the venue?
Our guests couldn’t believe how beautiful the venue was. With a bright blue sky and a frosty December backdrop, Coats looked magical. The food and drinks went down so well, and we received so many compliments about how welcoming and attentive the staff were.
What would you say to other couples considering Coats?
We would 100% recommend Coats as a wedding venue. Every step of the way was exceptional. The architecture is stunning, the photo opportunities are amazing, and the ballroom and packages offer something for every budget. We couldn’t be happier!
If you had to describe the overall experience in one sentence, what would it be?
A magical December day in the most beautiful venue, surrounded by loved ones as we said “I do” and began our next chapter.
